Convivial gourmet cuisine
In the heart of the Hotel Negrecoste, one of the oldest in this emblematic part of the city and a veritable institution, Le Mirabeau, combines a warm atmosphere, gourmet and authentic dishes inspired by traditional brasserie cuisine from here and elsewhere and a taste of some local specialities. According to the season, the menu changes following the availability of fresh produce, the majority of which is sourced locally: country-style terrine, smoked salmon for starters, Salers beef rib steak, breaded veal cutlets, duck à l’orange burger, Provencal aioli, Mediterranean sea bass, not to mention the great selection of vegetarian dishes (vegetable risotto with rouille, Parisian-style gnocchi with button mushrooms and ceps).
And to round off the meal with a little sweetness, the brasserie-style home-made desserts have been given a taste of Provence: mille-feuilles, bread pudding, ice-creams and sorbets, lemon Corsican cheesecake and crème brûlée with Calisson in recognition of this confectionery, a speciality of the town and the surrounding area.

On the wine menu and for the perfect accompaniment to your dishes, a wonderful selection of various wines: bottles from the region (especially for the rosés), but also from French vineyards, from a confidential new wine to a more traditional vintage.
