At Hôtel Negrecoste, we believe that each of us has the resources, imagination, and ability to play a part in a rapidly changing world.

Zero-plastic policy in minibars and event spaces: only returnable Evian glass bottles and recycled aluminum cans are provided.

Gender Equality Index (Women–Men)

This year, the UES of the 5 Hotels of the Biografy Group achieved a score of 99/100 on its Gender Equality Index, in accordance with Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019. This index measures existing pay gaps in order to better address them and help achieve genuine equality between women and men in the workplace.

The index was designed as a practical tool to promote gender equality within companies. It is based on 4 indicators:

  • Gender pay gap (Women/Men) – score achieved: 39/40
  • Gap in individual salary increase recipients (Women/Men) – score achieved: 35/35
  • Percentage of women receiving an individual salary increase after returning from maternity leave(not calculable due to the absence of maternity leave returns during the reference period)
  • Gender balance among the ten highest salaries – score achieved: 10/10

We Support

Hôtel Negrecoste is committed to supporting the French Red Cross and its initiatives. A minimum of 50 cents is donated to the association for every night spent at Negrecoste.
